Expansion Phase II Complete!

27 03 2008

Taaa daaaaaa!!!!

I have finally finished the expansion of Bluebell Productions at Redux NW.

The finished shop now has two floors, shoes, boots and lingerie can be found on the second floor. And I still have loads of room for more!! There are two nice seated areas on the ground floor and magazines to keep the boyfriends entertained while the ladies shop. New releases will be added shortly, and I am looking forward to seeing you all there!

Bluebell Productions

I would like to thank my dear friends Osiris and Rik Pfalz who gave amazing support and guidance while I pulled my hair out, during this build.

Happy St Patrick’s Day!

17 03 2008

Just a short post to wish all my customers a Happy St Patrick’s Day!

st-paddys-2.jpg

Facts in brief

  • St Patrick really existed
  • Born in Britain (probably in Wales) in 5th century AD
  • His father, Calpurnius, was a Roman official
  • St Patrick was originally a pagan, not a Christian
  • Taken to Ireland as a slave at age 16
  • Escaped after 6 years
  • Became a Christian priest, and later a Bishop
  • Returned to Ireland as a missionary
  • Played a major part in converting the Irish to Christianity
  • Some of his writings survive, the Confessio and the Letter to Coroticus

Doubtful extra facts in brief

  • Born in 387 AD at Banwen in Wales
  • His original name was Maewyn Succat; he became Patrick when he became a bishop
  • Studied in France at the monastery of St Martin’s in Tours
  • Went to Ireland in 432 AD
  • Died either in 461 AD, or 493 AD (unlikely)
  • Taught by Saint Germaine
Thanks to the BBC for the above facts

13 03 2008

Hello all! Sorry for being sooo quiet lately, I been a busy bee! I have expanded Bluebell Productions store at Redux NW. Bought the plot beside mine, joined them together, and have been busy ever since rebuilding the store from scratch.

Roxette & Osiris take a break

My dear friend Osiris was there to hold my hand and give advice when I was banging my head off prims!! (Well they misbehave so!)

So I am pleased to say I got it finished, decorated, vendors loaded, prices set, descriptions added………….. and all just in time (only just!) for St Patrick’s Day!! I mean I’m Irish after all, so this is one event I CANNOT miss!! :)

New Store under construction

Now to celebrate the opening of the new store, I have some freebies for girls and boys. That’s right, I actually have a freebie for the boys!!

I got tagged, well sort of…..

6 03 2008

A new Meme has appeared, and little ol’ me got tagged, sort of, thanks to The Cat Dude *Waves at Timothy*

So first off, here’s the rules of…………………..

The Book Meme

  1. Pick up the nearest book. (of at least 123 pages)
  2. Open book to page 123.
  3. Find the fifth sentence.
  4. Post the next three sentences
  5. Tag five people!

Ok, the nearest book is one I am currently reading, (and I am not at p123 yet!)

Book: Thief of Time Author: Terry Prachett

There was something pleasant about an empty classroom. Of course as any teacher would point out, one nice thing was that there were no children in it, particularly no Jason. But the tables and shelves around the room showed evidence of a term well spent.

Well not sure who to tag………

:^)
